A recall campaign has been instituted to remove Hot Springs, Arkansas District 4 City Director Mr. Carroll Weatherford. Only signatures of voters registered in District 4 count towards the needed signatures. After enough signatures are obtained an election will be called by the City.
Many people do not know what district they are registered in. You can find out what district you are in by clicking on check registration, then select Search For Your Voter Information fill in your name and date of birth, then click search. If the last line of your registration says "Hot Spring Ward 4 Wards" then you are eligible. The District is basically all of the property within 1 mile of the Airport in every direction. It covers an area roughly between Lake Hamilton and Higdon Ferry Road to The High School to the Middle School to Albert Pike To Walmart to Music Mountain back to Lake Hamilton.

How did this guy ever get elected? Did he misinform the public or just conviently forget to tell us about his record?
Is anything being done about him? Do we have to put us with his spending all our money on gambling trips or can we do something to make him stop?
You need to show a picture of him with his little pony tail.
Weatherford is a career sidewinder. He has been caught without a contractor's license several times. If it was an honest mistake, he would have stopped after the first time, yet he continues. I think that he enjoys circumventing the regulations that he is suppose to enforce.
Weatherford is the worst director but Daniels and Smith are almost as bad. Why not recall them too?
This guy should never been elected and would not have been if the public had know of his police record, his 4 bankruptcies, his violations of state regulations, his use of the city attorney to get him out of fines and court cases and the list goes on.
Don't forget to get Jones out too. She always votes with the ones you want to recall.
Look into our police department and courts. There has to be some conspiracy for him not to be fined for things a local website has posted.
He did work on my house without getting the proper permits and then ripped me off for over $3000. I am going to file a lawsuit against him. He is a total fraud.
Heard Weatherford was being investigated by the state ethics people. Is this true? If so - Where does this stand?
