GGGG Members performed a test of the recall campaign by collecting signatures at several of the District 4 polling places on Super Tuesday and sites outside of District 4. Their first trial run used only 7 volunteers for part of the day because it was intended primarily for experience and to help project the manpower needed and to gauge the voter response.
Expectations were paled by the response of the voters. Director Weatherford nervously came to the airport polling place several times during the day to watch but he never signed the petition. There seems to be great support for this effort by the citizens and no doubt as the petition drive goes forward and more fellow members of the community join in the effort by signing and carrying petitions that success will be at hand. Let us band together and please don't hesitate to ask for a petition to take out and get signed or to ask for the opportunity to sign one.

Many people do not know what district they are registered in. You can find out what district you are in by clicking on check registration, then select Search For Your Voter Information fill in your name and date of birth, then click search. If the last line of your registration says "Hot Spring Ward 4 Wards" then you are eligible. The District is basically all of the property within 1 mile of the Airport in every direction. It covers an area roughly between Lake Hamilton and Higdon Ferry Road to The High School to the Middle School to Albert Pike To Walmart to Music Mountain back to Lake Hamilton.
